Hear from some of our amazing volunteers,

“My favorite part is giving the First Priority students a “Little Jesus" to give to someone and reporting back at the next club meeting who they shared it with, and reporting their reaction. Also, when the First Priority students asked that we pray for someone, we gave them a "Care Bear" to share with that person letting that person know that First Priority was praying for them.”

Campus Coach, Howard S.

“One of my favorite moments in First Priority is when one student in my math class attended her first club meeting. She only came to one meeting all year. Though at the end of the year she wrote a note to me explaining I was her favorite teacher. Not for my skills in teaching her about math but for teaching her about Jesus.”

Teacher Sponsor, Trina W.

“One of my most memorable stories as a First Priority Adult Volunteer was sharing the gospel with Innovation Students during our Christmas event December of 2023. The students were so engaged and excited with hearing Christ’s story and the representation of the candy cane illustrated as the shepherd’s staff, the letter “J” for Jesus, and the red and white stripes that represents His blood shed and the cleansing of our sinful hearts.”

Adult Volunteer, Tasha H.
